Really? I haven't heard of anyone using Telegram for work. I know Slack and Whatsapp are big. Was Telegram useful?
Well, a Start-up contacted me on Telegram in 2021 and I worked with them for two years. So, I would say it was useful. Now to make Substack useful. :)
